Terms of Service

The service is provided by [Şirket Unvanı] ([Adres], [MERSİS/Vergi No]). These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, KVKK Information Notice and Cookie Policy.

Otoklip is a studio for creating video, image, audio and 3D content with AI, turning long videos into short clips and editing the results. Generations are produced by third-party AI models; the same prompt can give different results, and results may not always meet your expectations.

Some features may be in beta or marked "coming soon". We may change features and supported models as we improve the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for giving accurate information and keeping your password safe, and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorised use.
• You may not transfer or sell your account. Creating multiple accounts to collect welcome credits or referral rewards is prohibited.

• Generations use credits. The credit cost of each generation is shown before you start it.
• New accounts get a one-time gift of 100 credits. Plans include a set number of credits per billing period, and credit packs can be bought separately.
• If a generation fails because of a technical error, the credits spent are automatically refunded to your balance. Requests blocked by the content filter don't cost credits.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Whether plan credits roll over at the end of a period is shown at purchase.
• Online payments are not live yet. Once they are, card payments will be taken through licensed payment providers; your card details never reach us and are not stored by us. Prices are shown including taxes at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel. After cancelling, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Under Turkish distance-contract rules, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to digital content and services performed immediately with your approval (e.g. credits that have started to be used). Requests about completely unused credit packs are reviewed by our support team.

A friend who creates an account through your invite link gets 50 credits (usable once their account is approved during the closed beta). When they complete their first generation you get 50 credits, and 250 more when they make their first payment. Up to 10 invite rewards are given per month. Self-referrals and collecting rewards with fake, disposable-email or bulk accounts are prohibited; suspicious invites are reviewed and rewards may be reversed. We may change the amounts and terms with prior notice.

• You keep the rights to the files you upload and the prompts you write. You allow us to use them only to provide the service (store, process, send to AI providers and show to you). This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free and ends when you delete the content or close your account.
• As between you and us, the content you generate belongs to you, and we assign to you any rights we may have in it. Free-plan generations are watermarked and for personal, non-commercial use only; paid plans allow commercial use.
• AI output may not be unique; other users may get similar results. Copyright protection for AI-generated content may be limited in some countries.
• We don't use your generations for promotion without your permission, and we don't train our own models on your uploads.
• Before publishing, you are responsible for reviewing content and following platform rules on labelling AI content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

You may not use Otoklip for:

• Any content involving the sexual exploitation of children (zero tolerance; reported to the authorities).
• Non-consensual intimate content or sexual deepfakes of real people.
• Using a person's face or voice (including face swap, avatars and lip-sync) without their permission, or impersonating someone.
• With voice cloning ("Clone my voice") you may only use your own voice, or a voice whose owner gave you written permission. Cloning the voice of a celebrity, politician or anyone else, or using a cloned voice to impersonate someone or commit fraud, is prohibited. Your consent is stored with its date and time; a violation gets the voice deleted and the account closed.
• Misleading fake content about elections, public health or real events.
• Hate speech, glorifying violence, harassment, threats or illegal activity.
• Content that infringes others' copyright, trademarks or personality rights.
• Trying to bypass the credit system or security measures, scraping, reselling the service without permission, or spreading malware.

Prompts are automatically checked against a prohibited-content list; some requests are blocked and some are flagged for review. Users can report inappropriate content to us. If these terms are breached, we may hide content, refuse requests, or suspend or close your account. You can appeal our decision through support.

Generations are made with third-party providers such as Higgsfield, fal.ai, Tripo and Anthropic; features like social media connections are subject to each platform's rules. We are not directly responsible for their outages or changes, but we refund credits for affected generations.

If you connect Otoklip to AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude, or to automation tools such as Zapier or Make (MCP connection or API key), actions taken through that connection count as actions of your account. Jobs that spend credits start only after their price is shown and approved (in automations, the limit you set, max_credits, is that approval). Keeping your keys secret and revoking them when needed is your responsibility.

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except for intent and gross negligence and mandatory consumer law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. You are responsible for claims arising from the content you upload and how you use what you generate.

You can close your account at any time (Privacy Policy – Deleting your account). For serious breaches of these terms we may close your account with notice, or without notice in urgent cases. When an account is closed, remaining credits are cancelled.

We may update these terms. We'll announce significant changes by e-mail or in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set under Law No. 6502, and to Consumer Courts above them. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of [İl] have jurisdiction. If you live in the EU, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
