Frequently asked questions
Fast vs. exact frame — what's the difference?
Fast mode doesn't re-encode: it's instant and lossless, but the start may snap a few frames to the nearest keyframe. Exact mode starts on the frame you picked by re-encoding the video.
Can I remove a part from the middle?
This tool keeps one range. To drop silent or empty parts in the middle, use the Silence remover.
